5. Description of the Service

SolaSpy is a decentralized trading service for Solana-based assets, allowing automated copy-trading and other blockchain-related features. We do not guarantee any specific investment or trading results. You understand and agree that all investments carry risk and you use SolaSpy at your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Fees and Payment

• The Service currently charges a 1% fee per successful transaction, with a minimum of $4 per transaction.
• All fees are automatically deducted from your wallet on successful trades.
• We reserve the right to adjust fees at any time with prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.
• Attempting to access accounts of other users without permission.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in the suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and data on the SolaSpy website (including software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks) are the property of Moonlight Tech LLC or have been licensed to it and are protected from infringement by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Moonlight Tech LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the fees you have actually paid to us in the preceding six (6) months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moonlight Tech LLC and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
